The Tour Package Beauty of Karnataka starts with the metropolitan city of Mumbai and then passes on to visit places of South India that are the most important of all. This tour takes to the temples of Karnataka and meanders into the backwaters of Kerala. The tour is doubly fascinating as it includes stay in houseboats and enjoying safaris in Bandipur National Park.
Day 1 - Mumbai Arrival

Today the plane lands on the International airport of Mumbai and as the wheels of the plane touches the runway of the airport you know that you are about to begin a great trip to south of India. The tour guides are there in the airport to help you be at your own comfort and reach the hotel. Our representatives drive you toward the hotel. As the cab start plying through the heart of Delhi, watch out for the greenery that is a significant feature of the city. Delhi becomes very lively in the evening as people gather on the streets, bus stoppages as they have to make a return to home from their workplace. The whole city wakes up at this moment and cars jam roads. Youths throng into shopping malls and cinema halls and the environment becomes an amazement for all. Watch for these exhilarations from your cab while on the way to the hotel. On arrival to the hotel, make a check in and spent the night amidst the luxurious services of the hotel.
Day 2 - Mumbai Sightseeing

View At the Gateway of India in MumbaiMorning we take you to the Gateway of India where you undertake a boat cruise to reach out to the Elephanta caves. On arrival to the caves, move inside the caves to see the history that the cave preserves. These caves have walls that are immaculately painted with sculptures carved at its interiors. Take pictures of these left out traits of the ancient man and revel at the amazing discoveries that you yourself make while in the caves. Your discoveries may range from understanding the culture and lifestyle of the initial days of human race on earth. Having seen the caves, return back to Mumbai where we take you to Victoria Terminus – a World Heritage Site. Having seen the terminus that is now been converted to a railway station, we take you to Haji Ali mosque. Offer shawls to the dargah(tomb) of Haji Ali as by doing so all your wishes are believed to be fulfilled. Having done so, we take you to the beaches of Mumbai like the Chowpatty beach, Juhu Beach and Marine Drive. The beaches leave tourists on an enchanting trail as you can mount on a horse and have a fascinating ride on the shores of the sea or can simply let the sea water wash your feet. Later, in the evening, we take you for shopping in the markets of Mumbai. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 3 - Mumbai – Bangalore

Morning we drive you to the domestic airport of Mumbai. Here, board a flight that takes you to Bangalore. On arrival, check in at a hotel in Bangalore. This city is incredible in itself and is a posh modern city of India. Once in the hotel take some rest and savour delicious cuisines at the restaurant of the hotel. After lunch, we drive you to Lal Bagh – a botanical garden the foundation of which is laid out by Hyder Ali. Watch out for the rare horticultural wealth and enchanting collection of rare flora in the garden. We then drive you to Cubbon Park, another magnificent park that is be-flowered with rare variety of flowers and has amazing fountains and lush green lawns. Evening is at M.G. Road – a posh market place of Bangalore. Go on a shopping spree or simply retire in a coffee shop to sip in a cup of coffee. Return back to the hotel for over night stay.
Day 4 - Bangalore Sightseeing

The Garden City of BangaloreMorning we take you to the Palace of Tipu Sultan. On arrival to the palace, watch out for the grand interiors with ornate wooden structures that make it such a lovely place to visit. We then drive you to the museum of Sir M. Vishveshwaraiah – who is considered one of the architects of modern India. Walk into the galleries of the museum and acquaint yourself with the historical richness preserved in the museum. Evening, enjoy a cultural festival at the hotel auditorium. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 5 - Bangalore – Hassan ( 5 hrs)

Morning we drive you to Hassan from Bangalore. On arrival, check in at a hotel in Hassan. Once in the hotel, savour delicious cuisines and be at your leisure. In the evening, we take you to the markets of Hassan to see the lifestyle of the people and to extol in the beauty of the place. Overnight is at the hotel in Hassan.
Day 6 - Hassan – Belur (38 km) – Halebid(16 km) - Hassan

The Chennakeshava Temple at BelurMorning we take you to the famous Hoysala temple at Belur and Halebid that till date remains as a revered temple of Hindu culture. Belur is a quaint hamlet situated at a distance of 38 kms from Hasan and is located at the banks of Yahachi. Once in Belur, observe the unforgettable temples that till today stand tall representing the Hoysala Empire. Here, you get to see the Chennakesava temple that is the finest example of the Hoysala architecture. Once inside Channekashava temple, observe the design and take pictures of the immaculate sculptors inside the temple. We then drive you to Hoysaleshwara temple that is ornamented with a plethora of exquisite carvings and sculptors. Revel at the exquisite beauty of the temple and then return back to the hotel in Hassan. Overnight is at Hassan.
Day 7 - Hassan - Mysore (30kms)

The Famous Palace of MysoreMorning we drive to Mysore. On arrival, check into a hotel and start sightseeing of Mysore. On visit to Mysore, check into the hotel and then start with a sightseeing tour of the city. Mysore is built in Hindu and Saracenic styles of architecture with archways, domes, turrets, colonnades and sculptures that look magnificent. During the sightseeing, we visit the Chamundi Hill to see Chamundeshwari Temple. Here, watch for the panoramic view of Mysore city from the hill top. We drive you to Mysore Palace that has immaculately designed architectural styles with lavishly decorated huge rooms. Watch the intricate designs of the palace. On the way toward the hotel, we stop at Nandi Bull one of the largest solid rock carvings in India. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 8 - Mysore - Hospet
Highlights:
Morning we start with the drive toward Hospet. On arrival, check into a hotel in Hospet. Take some rest and savour deliciously prepared cuisines. Later, start with a sightseeing tour of Hospet. We take you to the Vithala temple – a world heritage site. Watch out for the architectural splendour of artisans of the vijaynagar Empire as this temple is adorned with carvings representing the Vijaynagar Empire period. Close-by, you also get to see the King's balance used to weigh rulers against jeweleries. We then drive to see the Raghunath temple that is perched on a hill top. We continue drive toward the Royal residence. Use binoculars to know its details as it has been unearthed from recent excavations. We would also take you to the museum and Art Gallery that till date preserves a good collection of sculptors that belonged to the Vijaynagar Empire. Return back to the hotel for overnight rest.
Day 9 - Hospet – Badami (156 km)

Entrance to the Badami CaveMorning we start with a drive toward Badami a small rural village. On arrival to Badami, check into a hotel. Badami is famous for its caves and so after lunch we start with cave visit in Badami. On arrival to the cave, watch out for the artificial lake called “ Agastya Tirtha” as water running down from mountains collects on this lake. Once into the caves, observe the interiors as they speak loud of the beginning of Hindu architecture. Observe closely the red sandstone that is brought to use in the making of these caves and take pictures of the sculptures carved out of huge stones. The caves have small holes ingrained on its roofs so as to defeat its dark blinding interiors. These opening so enable you to click pictures without making use of flash lights of your cameras. Having seen the caves return back to the hotel for overnight rest.
Day 10 - Badami – Bandipur (80km)

Day 11 - Bandipur Sightseeing

Situated on the foothills of the Nilgiris, this National Park has an open grassy woodland that lie south of the Kabini river. Once into the park, get a glimpse of the rare species of animals that live in the forest. In morning hours the animals set a harmony with the twittering of birds and the wild groan of animals, that take you to an unrestrained rhythm of living with the wild. Enjoy the misty noises made by the animals and record them for future use. Return back to the resort for the breakfast. The breakfast consists of delicacies that are the jungle cuisines. We then mount on an Elephant's back and start with a exhilarating safari into the forest of Bandipur. The deadliest of animals like tiger, leopard, elephant, gaur, sloth bear, Asiatic wild dog and hyena rein over the forest. So, on your tour you are more likely to be confronted with these wild animals. Keep your cameras ready to catch pictures of such moments wherever such opportunities come your way. After the safari, return back to the resort for lunch. In the evening, we take you to meet the local tribals of the jungle. Interact with them to learn more about the jungles. Return back to the resort for overnight rest.
Day 12 - Bandipur – Bangalore (220km)

A sight On the Way to Bangalore From BandipurMorning we drive you back to Bangalore. On the way, observe the vast stretch of forest land that stretch over miles of the landscape. Watch out for the medium sized hills with gentle slopes adorning a heavily forested valley with vegetation like Teak, Honne, Tadasalu, Mathi, Nandi, Rosewood, Sandalwood and others. Enjoy the drive on roads that make its way between these forest cover. Arrive to Bangalore in evening and check into a hotel. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 13 - Bangalore – Kochi

View Of Modern KochiMorning we take you to the airport to board a flight that takes you to Kochi – an ideal destination to start with backwater cruise in Kerala. On arrival to Kochi, we take you to a hotel for a check in. At the hotel, relish delicious cuisines and rest for a while. We then take you for sightseeing of Kochi. The first place we visit is fort Kochi that is renowned for being a European trading center. We then take you to Mattancherry Palace – a marvelously built palace erected on Hindu architectural style. Later, we take you to see the church of St. Francis, that reminds of the days when the European settlements in India, laid the foundation of the first European style church in India. Once in the Church attend to the prayer ceremonies as they are still performed in the same way as during the days of the Europeans. Evening is in the markets of Kochi, where you can pick some exquisite handicrafts items. Overnight is at the hotel.
Day 14 - Kochi – Alleppey

Morning we board on a houseboat and start a backwater cruise toward Alleppey. The journey is fabulous as the houseboat sails through some of the most exotic destinations of backwaters. The backwaters cruise takes you to places that are regarded the most exotic destinations on the route to Alleppey. While on the cruise, watch out for the fishermen making use of Chinese nets and deploying other local means of catching fish. Day 15 - Alleppey – Kochi

Day 16 - Kochi Onwards
