beautiful valleys and forests. At a distance of 64 km from Kedarnath,
Devaria Tal is an important religious place, where pilgrims travel
throughout the year.
Other important lakes in Uttaranchal comprise Sat Tal, which is a cluster
of seven lakes. Then there is Sahastra Tal that has exciting adventure
options of trekking and attractions of glaciers. Another lake that has
difficult and enticing trekking routes is Satopnath lake. Nachiket Tal is
